www.allseasonsfitnessmedia.com’s Charity Fitness Tour, rolled over to The 2025 Super Heroes of Hope Race for Research Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Dockweiler State Beach in Playa del Rey, CA. ,supporting good friends, Lisa Kaminsky Millar, Rhonda Friedland Finkel, and my iDance 4 a Cure girls, for a great cause.

This wonderful event, brought together thousands of runners from all across the country united in one cause—to help those affected by brain tumors and childhood cancer. Runners had the opportunity to participate in a 5k, 10k, or have the option to run in both races. Kids had the opportunity to participate in an untimed 1k “fun run” complete with superhero cape or tutu. And runners from across the country, and around the world, participated virtually at their own pace, in their own time and on their own course. Try our Go Grey in May virtual run/walk challenge too!!
