What a beautiful and meaningful morning yesterday at The @afspnational 2026 Out of the Darkness Greater Los Angeles & Santa Monica Walk, benefiting the @afsp_lacentralcoast I had the pleasure of representing @all_seasons_fitness_media_’s Charity Fitness Tour leading everyone through an energetic Dynamic Stretch Warmup before they headed out on their walk. We MOVED, we STRETCHED, we SMILED, and most importantly, we came together for a cause that touches so many lives. The heartfelt speeches, personal stories, and messages of courage, hope, and healing were powerful reminders that NO ONE HAS TO WALK THROUGH LIFE’S CHALLENGES ALONE. Suicide remains the 11th leading cause of death in the United States, making awareness, education, prevention, and community support more important than ever.
