WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MORNING! 💙💛 Today the ASFM Charity Fitness Tour was proud to support the @naaf_alopecia = Walk for Alopecia – Los Angeles at Culver City Park! I had the honor of leading everyone through an ENERGETIC Dynamic Warmup before the walk, and this group came ready to MOVE, smile and support one another! But today was about much more than exercise. We heard powerful words of courage, care, hope and community from people whose lives have been touched by alopecia. It was a reminder that showing up for one another matters. Thank you to the National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF), the organizers, volunteers, families, sponsors and everyone who walked today. It was a GREAT morning with some beautiful people!
