ASFM`s Charity Fitness Tour rolled over to Santa Monica Beach

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN SANTA MONICA!

Had a GREAT time yesterday supporting the Alzheimer’s Association California Southland Chapter’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Crescent Bay Park, helping kick things off with my signature Dion’s Dynamic Stretch Warmup, alongside KTLA 5 News Anchor Samantha Cortese!

Always a pleasure seeing Andy Riesmeyer, Nicole Padilla, Sasha Spaulding, Laura S, and MY GUYS — THE SOUND CREW!

The day was filled with wonderful stories of HOPE, COURAGE, LOVE, and PERSISTENCE. Every colorful flower represented a personal journey, a loved one, and our shared determination to find a cure.
